Enlarging Our Borders

NorthLife Fellowship Baptist Church makes a strategic decision to expand its ministry footprint by purchasing the adjacent property on Alberta Drive.  On July 26, 2015, the members in attendance voted to proceed with the purchase.   Earlier in the year, the possibility of this property becoming available initiated the process.  Discussion over many years have periodically arisen regarding the limited space upon which our facilities stand.  Acquiring 133 Alberta Drive positions us for several possibilities that could enhance our ministries.  As the months unfold and priorities of ministry are clarified, this property will come into effective use.

This decision is timely in that the property became available now.  Also, the generosity of those who call NorthLife Fellowship Baptist Church their church, have enabled us to (1) access cash-on-hand funds and (2) an investment that was being carried for us with BFAST (the Fellowship Baptist Foundation).  Those two income sources meant that only sixty-five thousand dollars is needed to complete the purchase.  This amount will be soon secured through (3) a loan with BFAST.  Date of purchase finalization shall be in early September, Lord willing.   Legal counsel has been engaged for the protection of this investment.
